Hi! I would like to request the information of the following:

1. Copy of my income tax return from year 2020 to 2023.

This will be used solely for Visa application.

Dear Mr. Balon:

I refer to my letter of Oct 28, 2023 11:37:21 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Copy of Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, we verified from our system and you are registered as Local Employee. Your request for a copy of your Income Tax Return/BIR Form No. 2316 can be obtained through your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy thereof as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as your Annual Income Tax Return per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.

For other assistance, email sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email  ticket number #BIR-162583565322, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 23, 2024 01:25:54 AM, your request will be closed.

Hi,

I have tried reaching out to my employer prior to requesting in this website. I was advised that the 2316 is not available yet.

Is there a way that I can request a year-to-date copy of my 2316 from here?

Any input in this matter is appreciated.
