Dear Ms. Delos Reyes,

I refer to my letter of Jan 10, 2024 05:07:28 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income tax return.

In reply, we would like to inquire if your Parents are working, if so, please be guided of the following:

1. If your Parents is/are gainfully EMPLOYED (With Employer and Employee Relationship), their employer/s are required to issue a copy of BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2023 and this will serve as their Income Tax Return; however

2. If your Parents has a business, they should be the one filing for their Income Tax Return either using BIR Form No. 1701 or BIR Form No. 1701A.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 08, 2024 02:10:06 AM, your request will be closed.
