Response to your request
We called your mobile number today, September 18, to validate your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful.
Please be informed that your request can be obtained from your employers as they are obligated to furnish every employee's a copy of BIR Form No. 2316 as a proof of your taxes withheld which shall serve as your Annual Income Tax Return per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.
Please be informed also that the available copy of records in the BIR Revenue District Offices (RDOs) are from CY 2020 to 2022.
You may lodge another request just in case you still not received your BIR Form No. 2316 from your Employer (Metro Wide Homebuilders Inc.).
