You asked for The Zonal Values within Barangay Putatan.

Dear Mr. Teves:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated March 23, 2022, regarding your request for the zonal values within the communities found in Barangay Putatan, Muntinlupa City. 

Attached herewith is the schedule of zonal values for Barangay Putatan, Muntinlupa City for your reference. 

Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located (click RDO 53B – Muntinlupa City)  ;
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value (click Sheet 9); and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.
