To Whom It May Concern:

Greetings!

May I respectfully request the Bureau's actions to effect the collection of the unpaid taxes of the Marcoses in connection with the final assessment you have issued against them in 1991. Of grave concern is the fact that the estate tax case filed against Mr. Marcos, Jr. has attained finality in 1997, yet amount due in 1991 has remained unpaid and uncollected to date.
