Dear Ms. Enriquez:

I refer to my letter of Jun 19, 2023 12:37:16 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

We called your mobile number today, June 19 to validate your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. it would be helpful to know the following details:

1)	What Kind of Income Tax Return (ITR) did you file and referring to, is it BIR 
        Form No. 1701 or BIR Form No. 1701A?
2)     What is the Complete Name indicated in the Income Tax Return you filed?
3)     Date of Filing of your ITR?
4)	What is your Tax Identification Number as indicated in your filed return?
5)	What Revenue District Office No. did you file your form 1700?
6)	Did you file online (eBIRForm facility) or over the counter?
