Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 24, 2021 02:31:10 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request:

You requested for a copy of your BIR 2316 for the period 2015-2020.

Response to your request:

Based on the reason stated below, we resolve to deny your request as to the following information:   Copy of your BIR 2316 for the period 2015-2020.

Requested information is not included in the records submitted by your employer during the covered periods.

However, after careful consideration, we resolve to grant your request but only up to the compensation and withholding tax information found in the Alphalist of Employees filed by your employer for the taxable years 2015-2020.  A certification was made on the information gathered for your purpose, a scanned copy of which was sent thru email.

For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.
