I refer to my letter of Apr 28, 2023 10:50:30 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certificate of compensation Payment/Tax withheld.

We are unable to grant your request for a copy of 2316 for year 2019, as per RR 11-2013 it is the employer who issues 2316. As per conversation with you earlier, since you are still employed with the same company, you may submit your request directly to your employer.
