Dear Ms. Librea:

I refer to my letter of Oct 26, 2023 10:11:39 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, we verified from our system and you are registered as Local Employee. Your request for a copy of your Income Tax Return/BIR Form No. 2316 can be obtained through your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy thereof as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as your Annual Income Tax Return per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.

For other assistance, email sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email ticket number #BIR-169377871009, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 19, 2024 05:50:28 AM, your request will be closed.
