You asked for 2022 Zonal Value Area E Sapang-Palay SJDM City Bulacan.

Dear Ms. Mauricio:	
		
This is with reference to your email message dated November 10, 2022, regarding your request for the 2022 zonal value of Area E, Sapang-Palay, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Attached herewith is the copy of the Schedule of Zonal Values of Barangay Sapang-Palay, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Furthermore, please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located;
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value; and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.
