Hi! I would like to request a copy of my BIR form 1902. I filed my form 1902 at the Boac, Marinduque RDO 62 last November 2019 and I think they have not given me a copy of it. as far as I can remember, I only have Form 2524, and 0605 given by them. thus I'm requesting this to you. 

I'm currently here and will be working in Manila
My next employer is requesting either a TIN ID or a copy of BIR Form 1902 in the absence of a TIN ID. I have no TIN ID at the moment.

We called your mobile number today, October 3 and apprised that your concern/request of TIN Verification Slip can be obtained from Revenue District Office (RDO) 38 - North Quezon City based on your residential address. 

We also apprised you that you need to update your registration at Revenue District Office (RDO) 62 - Boac, Marinduque so your Tax Identification Number (TIN) can be transferred in RDO 38 - North Quexzon City
