Hi, I would like to request for a copy of my ITR 2018-2020.

1. Preferebly CTC Copy of my Income Tax Return, will be use against my previous company deducting my taxes, contributions but not remitting to SSS, PhilHealth and PAGIBIG. 

2. They are also minimizing their taxes by posting a different salary figures.

Dear Mr. Leccio,

I refer to my letter of Aug 27, 2021 10:30:24 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for My Income Tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us the following details:
-	What ITR did you file? Was it 1700 or 1701? 
-	Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 
Also, kindly provide us your contact number, two government-issued IDs and your selfie picture, as proof of your identity and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.

Furthermore, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct 18, 2021 09:58:54 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
