1. Updated references/regulation/rules/laws/issuance related to criteria for classification as Large Taxpayer

2. References for requirements/criteria to be delisted as Large Taxpayer

Response to your request

Please be informed, that you may refer to Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 17-2010   Consolidates the regulations implementing RA No. 7646, which authorizes the Commissioner of Internal Revenue to prescribe the place for payment of internal revenue taxes by large taxpayers, and prescribes the coverage and criteria for determining large taxpayers.

All delisting of Large Taxpayers were put on hold as per directive of Assistant Commissioner, Large Taxpayers Service.
