Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 27, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for BIR FORM 2316.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We would like to inform you that your request for your BIR form 2316 can’t be processed because BIR 2316 forms for the taxable year 2022 are only to be submitted  by your employer to the BIR Revenue District Office (BIR-RDO) on February 28, 2023.

If you have queries regarding BIR form 2316, you can coordinate with your employer and ask for the copy of said form from year 2021.
