Thank you for your request dated Feb 07, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Income Tax Return Document (ITR).

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as ITR for 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15 this year, hence your request is denied.

With regard to your TIN, we highly advise you to call our Customer Assistance Division (CAD) at telephone numbers: (02)85383200, Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, except holidays. Furthermore, you may also try using the BIR Mobile TIN Verifier App by downloading this link: (https://play.google.com/store/apps./details?id=com.bir.birrr6manila&&hl=en&gl=US) or thru the App Store for IOS users.

On the other hand, you may also visit the nearest BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) to personally verify your TIN. Please bring any of your government-issued IDs as proof of your identity.

Please be reminded that TIN is confidential information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012
