Hi Sir/Ma'am,

I would like to request a copy of my BIR 2316 for proof of employment records and history and to check taxes paid from the period July 2022-December 2022. Upon clearance with my former employer, I was not provided with one.

My TIN number is 395-478-895-00000. My ex-employer is Philippines AirAsia with address at 2/f Mezzanine, NAIA Terminal 3, Andrews Ave., Pasay City Metro Manila.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the document/s you have requested. However, you may wish to contact your employer since this Office does not have a copy of th4e said document since you are not qualified for substituted filing because you were not employed to the company for one whole year.

Your right to request a review
