I would like to request the following data:
1. tax deductions claimed by establishments on the basis of persons with disability (PWD) tax discounts mandated by law covering the years 2000 to 2020, disaggregated by year, industry/type of establishment, by region.
2. tax exemptions claimed by individual tax payers with PWD dependent since 2000, disaggregated by year and region.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the DSWD on this matter.

Moreover, please be informed that under Sec.13.3 of Standard Procedure for FOI Request to wit:” The purpose of the request for information shall be specific or adequately and sufficiently described. General averments of the purpose such as "for information," "for research," "for legal purpose," or other similarly worded purposes shall not be considered to have met the requirements of specificity. Failure to specify the reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be a ground for denial of the FOI request. 

Also, kindly attach two valid IDs with your birthdate and picture, for identity verification purposes.
