I would like to request the BIR Certificate of Registration of a business due to possible case of estafa. This business has been operating under name of Bea's Choice Rice Trading and collecting capitals or investments from individuals.
Hope you can help us by giving the said certificate to pursue legal actions against the business owner naming Brenda Lynne Abarientos.

In line with the foregoing, we regret to inform that we are not and even the Revenue District Office (RDO) where this particular establishment is registered, because permitted to divulge the requested data in pursuant to Section 270 of the NIRC of 1997, as amended, BIR personnel cannot divulge information collected from taxpayers concerning the latter’s business, income or estate, as well as the secrets, operation, style or work, or apparatus of any manufacturer or producer, or confidential information regarding the business of any taxpayer.
