This refers to your request for a copy of the complete case file relative to the Warrant of Distraint/Levy-RR8A-WDL-2021-04-112, made pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 2 (s.2016) otherwise known as Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Please be informed that your request had been forwarded to the Office of the Commissioner in accordance with the provisions of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 11-2013, which mandates that all request for information shall be forwarded to the Office of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue for approval.  Said request was granted, with the exception of those documents that are internal in nature to the Bureau of Internal Revenue.  

In addition to this electronic message, the Collection Division of Revenue Region No. 8A-Makati, has likewise prepared a letter reply dated 30 September 2021.  If you are not satisfied with this response, you may request for an internal review of this response by writing to Ms. Zenaida Reyes (zenaida.reyes@bir.gov.ph) within a period of fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof.  Rest assured, in the event of such review, the results thereof will be coordinated with you within a period of thirty (30) days.

If still dissatisfied with the findings on review, you have the right to appeal the same before the Office of the President pursuant to Administrative Order No. 22 (s.2011).
