May 17, 2022 Dear Mr. James Kho: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 17, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You request for your Income Tax Returns (ITR). In reply, In reply, we have called your contact information to verify some pertinent details and to fully addressed your concerns, please be guided by the following: Your Employer- Suy Sing Commercial Corporation had been fully compliant in terms of issuance/giving of BIR Form 2316 to their employees. Since you have lost your own personal copies from Calendar Years 2012-2020 and have requested from them. Unfortunately, BIR Form 2316 from 2018 and up can be provided to you. In this regard, you are hereby advised to coordinate with our Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 30-Binondo for the re-issuance of your BIR Form 2316 for the Calendar Years 2012, 2013, 2015 & 2016 by submitting a letter request and attach 2 valid IDs for validation purpose.
