Dear Ms. Lindsay Amador:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 20, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for a verification or document of your employment at Vision TV Philippines and AAMC Training Group last 2018.

In response to your request and after careful consideration, we resolve to deny it due to the reason that this Office does not have the information you have requested.

We advise you to request for a copy of your Certificate of Employment for the year 2018 from your previous employers as they are in a better position to verify the employment history of a former or current employee.

Aside from the Certificate of Employment, you can also present your BIR Form 2316 (Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld) issued by your previous employers as proof of your corresponding tax payments through your employer’s remittances of withholding taxes to the government.
