Response to your request
We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence, your request is denied.

However, we would like to advise you to visit the BIR website at www.bir.gov.ph and look for the documentary requirements needed for the Processing of Application for Certificate of Exemption for Scholarship and Job/Livelihood Programs, it can be viewed here:
 https://www.bir.gov.ph/images/bir_files/downloadables/bir-files/BIR_Citizens_Charter_2020-2nd_Edition.pdf (at pages 112-113).

Moreover, we are also missing from you some vital information as you did not attach two valid IDs with your birthdate and picture as proof of your identity.

For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.

For your information and guidance.

Respectfully,

Ana Marie Du
FOI Officer
