Good day!

My name is Joffrey Urian, a third-year law student from the University of the East Manila. I’m currently taking my thesis for my Juris Doctor Degree with the title "Creating a Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic (Under the Public Attorney's Office)". In connection with this, I would like to request information regarding the following:
1.	The number of reported tax disputes for individual and private entities amounting to 1 million pesos and below handled by the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
2.	Report on criminal cases involving tax amounting to 1 million pesos and below.

I refer to my letter of Oct 24, 2023 06:11:55 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Report on Tax Cases Involving Low-Income Taxpayer.

2. Written indorsement of your supervising teacher/professor/ instructor pursuant to Section 21.3, Chapter VII-Standard Procedure for eFOI Requests of the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
