Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 10, 2022 12:04:50 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for your TIN Number.

Response to Request

We called your mobile number today, November 10,  to validate your existing FOI request but it was unsuccessful. 

Please be informed, EMPLOYERS shall secure the TIN of its New Employees using the eRegistration (eREG) System within ten (10) days from the date of employment. Kindly submit your duly accomplished BIR Form 1902,  downloadable at BIR website (www.bir.gov.ph) and attach any government-issued ID (e.g. Phil ID, Birth Certificate, passport, driver’s license, Community Tax Certificate) that shows the name, address, and birthdate of the applicant, in case the ID has no address, any proof of residence.  (1 photocopy).

The TIN that will be given to you by your employer can be use to your other intended purpose like opening an account.
