Hi I would like to request for ITR as part of the requirements for visa application.

We will be competing for Busan chorale festival and Competition thank you.

I already had one from our office but it appeared  there that my surname is Penaflor instead of Peñaflor it might cause a problem for discrepancy of papers. Hope to get one with my correct name on it

You asked for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

Response to your request

In reply, please be informed that you may advised your employer to resubmit a copy of your BIR Form No. 2316 and Duly Received Annex F for the Calendar Year 2022 bearing the correct spelling of your surname to the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered.

The copy available in the RDO is one and the same copy submitted by your employer to them last February 28, 2023.
