Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 07, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for TIN Verification Slip.

Response to your request

After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that the request falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.).

We would like to advise you to visit the nearest Revenue District Office (RDO) on your request. Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.D.s containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity for validation purpose. Addresses and contact numbers of RDOs can be found in the BIR Website at www.bir.gov.ph homepage/contact us/directory/revenue district offices links. 

If the request is made through representative, a Special Power of Attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative and the principal shall be presented.

Please be reminded that TIN is considered a piece of sensitive personal information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
