Response to your request

We called your contact numbers today, August 9, to validate your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful.

For correction of your middle name, date of birth and the issuance of TIN ID Card, you may proceed to the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your TIN is registered (where you are registered). Kindly bring valid government issued I.D.s as proof of your identity.

You may utilized Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module at the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph to know about your RDO.
