I would like to request a copy of 2022 Income Tax Return. My contract with my previous employer has already been terminated since October 2022 but I haven't received a copy of my BIR Form 2316.

Additional information:
I did have a registered business in 2022 but I did not have any earnings.
I was employed by Manulife Business Processing Services with TIN 244 027 271 located at Commonwealth Ave., Diliman, Quezon City.
I did not personally file an ITR in 2022 but I'm not sure if my employer did on my behalf.
