Dear Ms. Darauay:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated January 11, 2022, regarding your request for the current zonal value of the lots in Barangay San Pedro in Puerto Princesa City Palawan.

Attached herewith is the zonal values of lots in Barangay San Pedro in Puerto Princesa City Palawan.

	Please be informed that you can view and access the zonal valuation of RDO 36 – Puerto Princesa City, Palawan  and even zonal values of properties nationwide thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph , click the arrow down button and choose the See Zonal Values tab and perform the following procedures: 

1.	Select the RDO where the property is located; (Click RDO No. 36 – Puerto Princesa City, Palawan)
2. Download the “Zip Excel File” upon clicking the file, it will display several sheets; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on what sheet has the applicable zonal Value; (Here you will see the effectivity dates from previous to present values)	
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value; (Click Sheet 3 for the current zonal values of RDO No. 36) and 
5. View the municipality and barangay of your property.
