Dear Mr. Ramos:

I refer to my letter of Sep 17, 2023 11:43:48 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In particular, it would be helpful to know the following details:
1)	What is the Complete name indicated in the Income Tax Return you filed?
2)	What is your Tax Identification Number as indicated in your filed return?
3)	What Revenue District Office No. did you file your form 1700?
4)	Did you file online or over the counter?

Please be informed further that the RDO Office does not have copies of the “No Payment” returns filed either through eBIRForms or eFPS.

Email the requested information at vanessa.badeo@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email ticket number #BIR-197864558666, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Dec 11, 2023 01:55:48 AM, your request will be closed.
