January 18, 2024 Dear Ms. Loba: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 15, 2024 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Request for a Stamped Certificate of BIR 2316. Response to your request This is in connection with your request for information, with reference number #BIR-200810958568, for the Request for a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your BIR Form No. 2316. After careful consideration, you may file your request for a Certified True Copy of your BIR Form No. 2316 at the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your EMPLOYER is registered. Kindly bring the Original and Photocopy of your BIR Form No. 2316 and Copy of the Duly Received “Annex F” from your employer. Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax of Thirty Pesos (P30.00) imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
