I would like to make a request for a copy of my Income Tax Return so I could pass it together with my other documents for my application to enter a medical school here in the Philippines this coming SY 2022-2023. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your ITR  for 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15.
