We, 4th year students of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of Batangas, are conducting a study entitled “IMPACT OF SERVICE QUALITY ON TAXPAYERS’ SATISFACTION AT ONETT BIR REVENUE DISTRICT OFFICE NO. 58”. In connection with the development of the study, we are cordially asking your good office to know the list of taxpayers transacting at ONETT in the RDO No. 58. You asked for The Number of Taxpayers at ONETT BIR RDO No. 58.

Response to your request

In reply, we resolved to deny your request for the following reason/s as stated in the Standard Procedure for FOI Requests of the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

1. It has no purpose/purpose lacks specificity (Section 13.3);
2. Copy of the company or organization I.D., or for students, a copy of the valid school I.D and written indorsement of the supervising teacher/professor/instructor; and
3. Other Confidential Matters falling under the exceptions to the Freedom of Information are prohibited to be released by the concerned Revenue District Office (RDO).
