Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 09, 2022 09:20:45 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for Income Tax Return (ITR).

We have called your contact information today (June 10, 2022) to clarify some details/concern on your request for ITR, (if you are referring to BIR Form 1701 for Self-Employed Individuals or BIR Form 2316 for Employees).

Since your authorized representative accomplished the filing of your BIR Form No. 1701 through eBIRForms and submitted the same last April 18, 2022, kindly secure/ask for a copy of your printed eFiled return, your printed confirmation receipt and your Gcash Transaction Receipt -as proof of payment.

If you need a certified true copy of your BIR Form 1701, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO), kindly bring the original return and a photocopy. 

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO where he is registered on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
