Hi FOI team,

I want to know if i am qualified for tax exemption income tax refund.

1. I am Philippine resident
2. My work assignment is most of the time outside the Philippines.
3.I have work more than 183 days outside Philippines.
4. My company is registered as foreign entity but having office and operating in BGC Taguig Philippines.

As per our validation of our records, you are not registered as an employee but a single proprietor therefore it is your sole responsibility to file and/or pay your taxes to your BIR  office.
