Hi,

I would like to request for a copy of my BIR 2316 file for 2021. I'm an employee of a private company. Our company has not released yet a copy of the said file to its employees. I'm currently applying for a loan and BIR 2316 file is one of the requirements.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as BIR Form 2316 for 2021 is yet to be filed on or before February 15.
