You asked for Updated Zonal Value - P, Mariano St., Ususan, Taguig City.

Dear Ms. Tandez:	
		
This is with reference to your email message dated March 26, 2023, regarding your request for the certified true copy of the zonal value per sq. meter of the property in P. Mariano St. Ususan, Taguig City. 

Attached herewith is the copy of the schedule of zonal values for P. Mariano St. Ususan, Taguig City, for your reference. 

For certified true copy, please proceed to the Revenue District Office having jurisdiction over your property.

Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located;
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value; and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.
