Hi,  I would like to get a copy of my ITR for 2020, for a school requirement for my Son. I was working from home from 2019 to 2021 when I was working with my previous company, this is why I did not get a hard copy. I'm not certain if they send a digital copy on email, but since I'm no longer working with the company, I don't have access on company email. thanks.

Dear Mr. Silo,

I refer to my letter of Dec 06, 2021 12:04:46 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR 2020.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, kindly provide us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
What ITR form did you file? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. Furthermore, filing of your ITR should be your responsibility, not by your employer. However, your employer should issue you a copy of BIR Form 2316 as this should be attached to the ITR.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 28, 2022 06:32:38 AM, your request will be closed.
