i would like to get a copy of my income tax return year to-date 2022 for the purpose of applying a postpaid plan via globe

Dear Ms. Marjorie Anne Labanen:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 01, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request/asked for your 2021 Income Tax Return.

In response to your request, please be informed of the following:

If you are Employed, you may directly request your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2021 from your employer as they are the main source of this document and must release to you as a matter of right. It is also mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.

However, if you are Self-Employed Individual your ITR could be BIR Form 1701 OR BIR Form 1701A which was supposedly filed last April 18, 2022 and you should have a copy of the said form/s.
