Your request is a  copy of Income Tax Return BIR Form 1701 for the year 2020.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.  Upon our communication via the contact number you've given, we have learned that you have not filed BIR Form 1701 for your business and the BIR Form 2316  can be secured from  your employer instead. For further questions, you may contact this District Office at (044) 486 9981 or 9982. We hope we have enlightened you regarding this matter.

Your right to request a review
