Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 02, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a copy of your Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or BIR Form 2316.

In reply, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance you need to resubmit your request as there are missing requirements per Section 13.3 of the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue.  Kindly attach two valid IDs with your birthdate and picture, for validation purpose.
