I am writing this letter to humbly request the transfer of my RDO from 067 Legazpi City, Albay to 028 Novaliches where I am currently working in DSWD Central Office, Batasan Complex, Quezon City.

In reply, please be informed that your TIN registration should be registered at the Revenue District Office (RDO) that has jurisdiction over the place of your residence (and not with the RDO where your employer is registered) per Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 37-2019.
