I refer to my letter of Nov 27, 2022 11:19:50 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for List of Corporations Registered in Calamba City Laguna per Baranggay.

Hi,

I have attached here an endorsement letter I requested from Adventist University of the Philippines for my Feasibility Study. I am actually going to submit it to the Calamba BPLO this week in addition to the data I requested here in FOI.gov.ph. Let me know if this suffice your requirement?

For my valid School ID, I am currently taking Masters Program Online and they do not issue a physical ID from AUP. However, I have attached my School profile with current subject enrolled for this semester which is "Business Research with Feasibility Study 1". All my credentials are in the attached including my current student ID#.

Hope for your favorable response please as my class is only 6 weeks and we are mid half way for the feasib study.

If there is anything I need to submit further, please do not hesitate to contact me so I can request from my University.
