I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request a copy of my business Income Tax Return (ITR) for the financial year 2020-2023. 

My name is Liezle F. Tadea, and my tax identification number is 312-447-219-000 . I am in need of a copy of my ITR for my business closure of E-Logistics and Services.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR at the earliest convenience.
