Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 29, 2022 11:24:28 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for your Income Tax Return (ITR).

Response to Request

We have called your contact information today (May 30, 2022) and apprised you that the issuance of your requested BIR Form 2316 for 2019 to 2021 should be with your employer's during that taxable year.

If in case your 2019-2021 BIR Form No. 2316 (Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld) has not been issued to you, demand a copy from your previous employers as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee if employment is terminated before the close of such calendar year, or on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
