Thank you for your request dated Sep 08, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Income Tax Return.
For your information and guidance.

Response to your request
Please be informed that your ITR for 2021 has yet to be filed on or before April 15 next year. However, if you have been employed last year, you may request your Form 2316 from your employer as this is good as ITR if you have been qualified for substituted filing. As mandated by law, every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
