Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 30, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Income Tax Return.

In response to your request, If you are Employed, you may directly request your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2020 - 2021 from your employer as they are the main source of this document and must release to you as your personal copy.

However, if you are Self-Employed Individual your ITR could be BIR Form 1701 OR BIR Form 1701A which was supposedly filed last April 18, 2022 and you should have a copy of the said form/s.
