Dear Ms. Dy,

I refer to my letter of Dec 06, 2021 09:00:58 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR 2012.

In order for us to properly endorse and work on your request, kindly provide us the following details  and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
- What form did you file? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online)
Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

If the documents have been filed to our office, may we suggest that you request these directly to the concerned RDO and bring two valid IDs for they may also need to validate and determine if you are the rightful owner of the documents requested as these are sensitive information and are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Sec 270 of the NIRC.  

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Mar 01, 2022 03:19:39 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
