Hi i would like to request to have the copy of my income tax return last 2022 online since im working abroad right now.. I just needed it for my loan application..

Dear Ms. Ramos:

I refer to my letter of Jun 08, 2023 04:59:30 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for Income Tax Return 1701 year 2022.

In order for us to work further on your request, it would be helpful to know the following details:

1)	What is the Complete name indicated in the Income Tax Return you filed?
2)	What is your Tax Identification Number (TIN) as indicated in your filed 
        return?
3)	What Revenue District Office No. did you file your form 1701?
4)	Did you file online or over the counter?

Please be informed further that this office does not have copies of the “No Payment” returns filed either through eBIRForms or eFPS.

Kindly email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email ticket number #BIR-220578884529, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sep 05, 2023 05:59:22 AM, your request will be closed.
