Dear Ms. Frigillana,

I refer to my letter of Jan 09, 2024 11:14:10 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In reply, we would like to clarify if you are asking for your Income Tax Return (ITR) filed for CY 2022? Since the ITR for CY 2023 is yet to be file on April 15, 2024.

Kindly email the sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the email subject  ticket number #BIR-220090348030, to respond.

Or you can proceed to the Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 45-Marikina where you are registered and request for a copy of your filed Income Tax Return for CY 2022.


During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 05, 2024 05:14:27 AM, your request will be closed.
